ResumeMinter Services ("we," "us," or "our") operates Resume Minter (resumeminter.com) (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information: Name and email address when you register, and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password in plain text).

Resume content: The information you enter to build your resume — such as your work history, education, skills, and contact details — is stored so you can access and edit your resume later.

Payment information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We receive confirmation of successful payments and a subscription reference ID, but we do not receive or store your full card number, UPI ID, or bank account details — those are handled directly by Razorpay under its own privacy and security practices.

Usage information: Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to help us maintain and improve the Service (for example, through server logs).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Generate and store your resumes, and produce PDF/Word exports
• Process subscription payments and manage billing
• Send transactional emails (such as password reset links and payment confirmations)
• Maintain the security and reliability of the Service
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate Resume Minter, including:

• Razorpay — for payment processing and subscription billing
• Our database and hosting providers — to store your account and resume data securely
• Email delivery provider — to send account-related emails (such as password resets)

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ResumeMinter Services, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and resume data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records (such as payment records) for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and secure connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
