Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Resume Minter, a resume-building service available at resumeminter.com (the "Service"), operated by ResumeMinter Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Resume Minter lets you build, edit, and export resumes using our templates and tools. Some features are available free of charge; others require an active paid subscription, as described on our pricing page and within the app.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at services@resumeminter.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1. Certain features (including unlimited PDF downloads and Word/DOCX export) require an active paid subscription, billed on a recurring monthly or quarterly cycle as selected at checkout.

3.2. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3.3. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details.

3.4. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing page (select "Manage Plan" in the navigation menu). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain access to paid features until that date, and you will not be charged again after that.

3.5. We may change subscription pricing at any time, at our sole discretion. Any such change will apply only to new subscribers who sign up after the change takes effect. If you are an existing subscriber at the time of a price change, you will continue to be billed at your existing rate for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

4. Free Tier Limits

Free accounts may be subject to limits on certain features (for example, a limited number of free PDF downloads). These limits are described within the app and may be updated from time to time.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the resume content you create using the Service (your personal information, work history, and other text you enter). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, rendering your resume as a PDF or Word document).

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you include in your resume. We do not verify or endorse any content you create.

6. Our Content

The Service, including its templates, design elements, software, and branding, is owned by ResumeMinter Services or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our templates or software outside of using the Service as intended.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) upload malicious code; (d) misrepresent your identity or another person's identity in a way intended to defraud; or (e) interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that using Resume Minter will result in job offers, interviews, or any particular employment outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeMinter Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at services@resumeminter.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India.
