Search above, or choose a role from the list. You will see the typical monthly pay in AED and INR, a 2027 projection, where you might fall by experience, and a check for your offer.
How this salary checker works
Pick a role to see the typical monthly pay in dirhams (AED) and in rupees (INR), at the exchange rate you set. Some roles have a range, a lowest and highest figure reported in published guides. A few have a single reported average instead, and these are labelled that way.
Midpoint, thirds and the 2027 projection
The midpoint is halfway between the lowest and highest figure. To estimate where you might fall, the range is split into three equal parts: entry level is the bottom third, mid-level the middle third and senior the top third. This is a rough guide only. Qualifications, licences, employer size and emirate matter more than years of experience. The 2027 projection multiplies the range by your growth assumption.
Rupee figures
Monthly rupee figures are shown in lakh. Annual figures are shown as lakh per annum (LPA), or in crore above one crore. They use the exchange rate in the settings, which starts at 26.2 rupees per dirham. Check today’s rate (opens in a new tab) and change it if it has moved.

Frequently asked questions
Are these figures basic salary or total pay?
Usually total monthly pay, meaning basic salary plus allowances such as housing and transport, unless the role’s note says otherwise. Check how your own offer is split: gratuity is worked out on basic pay only.
Where do the salary ranges come from?
They are compiled from published 2026 UAE salary guides from recruiters and salary sites. Each role lists the guides its figures come from, with links, so you can read the originals.
How is the 2027 projection calculated?
The 2026 range is multiplied by one plus the growth rate you choose in the settings. The default is 3% a year, because most forecasts suggest about 2 to 4% for most roles. It is a planning figure, not a prediction for any single employer.
How does the offer check work?
For a role with a range, it shows where your offer sits between the lowest and highest figure: below, the lower third, the middle third, the upper third or above. For a role with only a reported average, it checks whether your offer is within 10% of that average. The amount you type is not saved or sent anywhere.
