What to expect in Myntra Big Fashion Festival 2026?

Myntra's Diwali sale this year is its Big Fashion Festival (BFF) 2026, which deal trackers report opens to everyone on 8 October 2026, with Insider and VIP early access from 7 October. Expect the usual 50–90% off headline range, a 10% instant bank discount, and the strongest prices of the year on premium brands and festive ethnic wear.

Myntra itself had not published a full official schedule or end date at the time of writing, so treat the dates below as reported, not final. Myntra usually confirms details in its app about a week ahead. Diwali falls on 8 November 2026, so smaller Diwali-specific sales are likely after BFF ends.

When it starts and ends

The main sale is reported to open at midnight on 8 October, one day after early access and the same day as Amazon's Great Indian Festival.

Past editions have run about 7–12 days, which fits a mid-October finish.

Deals to expect

The headline is 50–90% off across clothing, footwear, accessories and beauty, but the deepest cuts usually sit on a limited set of styles. Most core fashion lands in the 40–80% range (GrabOn).

• Premium and international brands. Labels such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Fossil rarely drop below 40% off outside BFF, which makes this the sale to wait for if you buy premium (Gyftr).
• Festive ethnic wear. Kurtas, sarees, lehengas and ethnic sets are the core Diwali category. New-season festive stock gets its first real discount here, and popular sizes sell out early (Zoutons).
• Bundle deals on basics. Watch for "Buy 1 Get 4 Free" on basics, an extra item at ₹1 with select bags and accessories, and "Buy 3 at ₹999" on innerwear and loungewear. These formats have appeared repeatedly in past sales (Gyftr).
• Budget picks. Myntra advertises 10 lakh+ styles under ₹499 and a flat ₹500 off on a first order (DesiDime).
• Time-limited drops. Past editions included flash windows such as an extra ₹600 off for a few hours, and spend-threshold rewards (IndiaFreeStuff).
• Beauty, handbags and home. Beauty, handbags and clutches, and home décor are usually part of the sale alongside fashion.

Bank and payment offers

The reported headline offer is a 10% instant discount on HDFC Bank credit cards, including EasyEMI on credit cards (DesiDime). One deal site lists other card offers, so check the offers strip on the product page before paying.

• Discount caps are small. In past BFF editions, bank offers were capped around ₹1,000 per order with a ₹5,000 minimum order value (The Shopping Friendly). Split very large carts into orders near the threshold to use the cap well.
• Early-access bonus. VIP Ticket holders are reported to get an extra 5% on bank offers on day one, for about 15% total (Zingoy).
• Co-branded cards. One tracker lists 7.5% cashback on Flipkart Axis Bank and SBI cards, but this may be from an earlier edition, so confirm it in the app (IndiaFreeStuff).

Insider and VIP Ticket benefits

Myntra has no Prime-style subscription for this sale. Its equivalents are the free Insider loyalty programme and a paid VIP Ticket. Both buy you a 24-hour head start, which matters because popular sizes go first.

How to get the best deals

1. Build your wishlist and cart now. Add items before 7 October so you can check out in minutes when prices drop. Fashion stock runs out by size, not by product.
2. Know your sizes per brand. Check each brand's size chart in advance. A wrong size means a return and a missed deal.
3. Shop the first hours for festive wear. Ethnic sets and premium-brand bestsellers in common sizes sell out fastest.
4. Stack offers in the right order. Sale price, then coupon, then bank discount. Keep each order just above the bank offer's minimum so you use the full cap.
5. Check real discounts. Compare against the price you saw during the Early Bird Deals. Some "90% off" tags sit on inflated MRPs.
6. Read the return policy per item. Some sale items and beauty products are non-returnable or exchange-only.
7. Use cash-back routes. Coupon and cashback sites often add a few percent on top of Myntra's own offers.
8. Shop only in the official app or myntra.com. Ignore WhatsApp and SMS links promising "secret Myntra codes".
